Job Description: Onsen Service Crew (Male)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Male Onsen Service Crew to join our team immediately. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the male onsen area.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of male onsen facilities, changing areas, and rest spaces.
• Count and manage towels, yukata, and other onsen amenities.
• Replenish toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, etc.) regularly.
• Assist customers with basic inquiries and explain onsen etiquette when required.
• Report any issues promptly to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Immediate availability preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Team player with a positive service mindset.
• Physically fit (lifting towels, stocking amenities, light cleaning).
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
