We are seeking a qualified and experienced course provider to deliver a 1-day comprehensive scalp and hair science training program for our staff. This will be a one-time training engagement designed to build a strong foundation of knowledge and practical skills in scalp health and hair growth.
The training should cover (but not be limited to) the following topics:
- Fundamentals of scalp and scalp health
- Hair growth cycle and contributing factors
- Common scalp and hair conditions
- Preventive and supportive scalp care practices
Training Deliverables:
- Provide structured presentation slides
- Allow video recording of the session
- Ideally provide worksheets, interactive learning and/or hands-on activities for knowledge application/notes-taking to engage active learning and memory retention
Requirements:
- Possess relevant Trichology certification or equivalent recognized credentials in scalp and hair science
- Proven experience in conducting training, workshops, or courses in trichology or related fields
- Strong communication and teaching skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of varying backgrounds (your trainees are mostly speaking English and Mandarin)
- Ability to design engaging training materials and activities
- Deliverables to be proposed by provider
- Provider to understand the service that we provide and incorporate knowledge/skills that provider deems fit into the course
