Role Overview
The Offline Retail Channel Executive will be responsible for expanding sales and brand presence across consumer electronics outlets/FMCG , modern trade partners, and independent retail stores. The role focuses on sell-in, sell-through, retail activations, and building strong partnerships to drive product visibility and market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with retail chains, distributors, and independent stores in assigned territory.
- Drive both sell-in (to partners) and sell-out (to end consumers) targets.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, demo zones, and product launch events.
- Ensure retail partners adhere to brand display standards and merchandising guidelines.
- Provide product knowledge training to store staff and promoters.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing for retail activations, digital integration, and POS branding.
- Track sales data, market share, and channel profitability.
- Support new store openings and expansion into emerging retail partners
- Handling all Departmental stores offline like Ntuc, Lazada, TikToK..
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years experience in consumer electronics, durable goods, or retail channel sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations, display management, and after-sales service coordination.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Power BI for sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel frequently for store visits and partner meetings.
