Job Description:

. Greet and assist customers, offering personalized fashion advice

. Manage daily store operations and ensure a welcoming shopping experience

. Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase products effectively

. Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries

. Keep track of stock levels and assist with inventory management

. Promote ongoing promotions and new collections to boost sales

. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Skills Required:

. Proficient in communicating in English and Mandarin

. Good fashion sense and strong understanding of current trends

. Well-versed in creating and managing content for social media platforms

. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

. Basic monthly salary starting from $2200, depending on experience

. Plus commission and incentives based on sales performance
