Client Advisor/Senior (Luxury Fashion)

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a luxury experience from first contact.
• Advise clients on our collections, showcasing deep product knowledge and storytelling.
• Drive sales through client engagement, upselling, and personalized service.
• Cultivate long-term relationships through clienteling and follow-up.
• Support daily operations including stock handling, visual merchandising, and order processing.
• Uphold brand presentation and boutique standards at all times.

Job Requirements

• A genuine passion for luxury fashion and a strong desire to build a long-term career within the industry.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or a high-end client-facing environment.
• Highly self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and confidence in client interactions.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset.
