Job Summary
The hiring team is seeking an Officer / Assistant Officer - Project Management (PMD) to support project supervision, installation coordination, and site execution activities.
This role focuses on supporting day-to-day site operations, coordinating installation works, tracking project progress, and ensuring proper documentation and safety compliance across project sites through to equipment handover.
It is suitable for entry-level candidates who are willing to learn or individuals with relevant experience in site operations, installation, or project coordination.

- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: S$2,500 - S$3,500 (depending on qualifications and experience)
- Travel reimbursement for approved site visits
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Site Coordination
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned installation and project sites
- Organize, coordinate, and execute work assignments within the project team
- Supervise installation, commissioning, adjustment works, interior works, and equipment handover activities
- Monitor project execution and take corrective actions in cases of non-conformance
- Coordinate with BA, Engineering, QA, and Design teams regarding schedules, parts delivery, and technical issues
2. Documentation & Operational Support
- Review and justify Purchase Requisitions (PR) for materials and services
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of installation manuals and Installation Check Records (ICR)
- Manage distribution of installation drawings, ICR, and QADL to installers
- Assist in maintaining project documentation, forms, and operational records
- Support development and implementation of improved work processes and documentation standards
3. Safety & Compliance
- Conduct regular site safety patrols and meetings with supervisors and subcontractors
- Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety regulations and safety-first practices
- Ensure compliance with environmental policies, legislation, and pollution prevention measures
- Support subcontractor management in maintaining safe and compliant work practices
- Address site safety issues appropriately and promptly
4. Tools & Site Support
- Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and readiness of tools and equipment used on site
Basic Requirements
- Entry-level candidates or individuals with relevant experience in project coordination, installation, or site supervision are welcome
- Basic administrative and technical skills
- Familiarity with site operations and documentation handling
