Maintenance Engineer (DSC/TE/17105)

To be part of the Operations and Support team in the Defence sector ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the system.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting works of integrated systems consisting of electrical, mechanical and electronic subsystems in both indoor and outdoor environment
• Provide technical support and on-site assistance for system issues
• Participate inpre-sale support
• Conduct bench diagnostic, evaluation and repair of system equipment
• Support project management activities, including attending project meetings with customers and managing work packages
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, manuals and reports
• Prepare technical training materials and conduct training sessions for team / customers / end-users

Qualities We Value

• At least 5 years of maintenance/operating experience on the SATCOM system
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issue in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Able to handle and operate test equipment like signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and multimeters
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong leadership and team management skill to lead and motivate the team
• Excellent communication skillsto interact with team members, management and customers
• Valid Class 3 driving licence would be advantageous
• Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
