Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and progress of assigned projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Organise, assign, and monitor work activities within the installation team.
- Enforce compliance with work procedures and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
- Review outgoing correspondence from supervisors to customers for accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Design on schedules, part availability, and defect issues.
- Review and justify purchase requisitions for materials and services.
- Support the development and implementation of work instructions and forms to improve efficiency and work quality.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of tools and instruments used by installers.
- Assist in reviewing, updating, and preparing installation manuals and installation check records.
- Manage the acquisition and distribution of installation drawings, ICR, and QADL to installers.
- Promote and enforce adherence to environmental policies, relevant legislation, and pollution prevention measures with supervisors and subcontractors.
- Ensure strict compliance with workplace health and safety regulations through regular safety patrols and meetings.
Requirements:
- No experience is required candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Diploma in any Engineering Field
- Basic administrative and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle site safety infringements firmly and professionally.
- Strong safety-first mindset with attention to compliance and risk management.
- 5 years of relevant experience is an added advantage
