Job Summary:
We are looking for someone to be responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end IT infrastructure projects in alignment with organisational cybersecurity and governance standards. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to translate business needs into effective technical solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead, manage and implement end-to-end IT infrastructure projects in compliance with organisational cybersecurity and governance policies
- Engage internal stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Develop comprehensive project proposals with the technical solution team, including resource planning, role definition, and timelines
- Manage vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to expected quality standards
- Coordinate and manage communications across internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
- Experience in Agile Project Management methodology, knowledge of IT Security, Risk Management, and Security Control, ITIL Certification, and knowledge of IT regulation in the social service industry are added advantages
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Good understanding of digital infrastructure technologies (e.g. AWS laaS, virtualisation, networking, internet technologies, loT, etc.)
- Proven experience in vendor management
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently
- Strong initiative with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations to senior management
