Job Description

Our client is a fund management firm that focuses on quantitative investment. As business continues to grow, they are looking for an Office Operations Executive and the position is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with external service providers such as accounting firm, auditors, tax advisors etc
  • Assist in liaising with regulators, work with other colleagues to ensure company aligned with regulatory requirements
  • Day-to-day office operations to ensure internal procedures are run smoothly
  • Liaise with different teams to ensure communication and collaboration
  • Other ad-hoc duties when necessary

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or business administration or other disciplines
  • At least 1 year of office operations experience in fund management industry
  • Exposure to regulatory requirements is an advantage
  • Meticulous, responsible, motivated
  • Adaptability to work in a small office environment
