Change Management Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Support change management (CM) activities for enterprise transformation projects, including the adoption of new technologies such as AI.
- Assist in refining and updating training curriculum for Change Facilitators and People Managers.
- Coordinate logistics for training courses: determine participant numbers, schedule course runs, send notifications, and track attendance.
- Draft and send communications (emails, notifications, updates) to stakeholders across the organization.
- Administer, collect, and analyze ADKAR surveys to measure change readiness and adoption progress.
- Coordinate with Institute of Higher Learning partner to establish a curriculum that trains basic Change Management concepts
- Support the establishment of a CM community of practice.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business (including HR), Psychology, or Communications.
- Prior experience in change management, communications, or project/event management is an advantage.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work with ambiguity and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
Skills and Competencies (Any Specific Software/Tools Knowledge Required):
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other Microsoft tools (e.g., Forms, SharePoint).
- Comfortable using AI tools (such as Copilot and/or ChatGPT); ability to automate simple tasks using AI tools is an advantage.
- Ability to storyboard and create effective presentation slides is an advantage.

Innovation Programme Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovation Events & Programme Support
- Contribute to the planning and execution of the Innovation Launch Events, for company-wide innovation showcase.
- Support event logistics, registration tracking, materials preparation, and on-site coordination.
- Work closely with stakeholders to shape event content, visuals, and engagement experiences.
- Design Thinking Workshop Support
- Assist in preparing workshop materials, canvases, and digital collaboration boards.
- Support facilitators during workshops by coordinating activities, managing breakout groups, and capturing key insights.
- Help consolidate findings and contribute to post-workshop summaries and reports.
- Gain hands-on exposure to design thinking tools, methods, and real organisational challenges.
- Research, Content & Visual Development
- Conduct light research on innovation trends, design thinking approaches, and case studies to strengthen workshop content.
- Develop presentation slides, simple infographics, and communication materials to support internal innovation initiatives.
- Help enhance workshop storytelling and participant experience through clear, user-friendly visuals.
- Stakeholder & Administrative Coordination
- Liaise with business units to confirm workshop participants, gather requirements, and collect feedback.
- Support documentation, meeting scheduling, and maintenance of project trackers.
- Assist with data consolidation, organising shared folders, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate in Business, Psychology, Communications, Design, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Interest in innovation, design thinking or organisational development.
Skills and Competencies (Any Specific Software/Tools Knowledge Required):
- Essential:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools, with a willingness to learn new software as required.
- Preferred:
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or basic design tools.
- Familiarity with Miro/Mural or similar collaboration platforms.
- Experience in event planning or coordination.
Prior exposure to design thinking or workshop support.
