Are you an organized and proactive professional who enjoys managing office operations and supporting teams We're looking for an Office Executive to join our Singapore team to ensure smooth daily office functions and contribute to a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general office administration and ensure a well-organized work environment
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Support internal communications and assist various departments with administrative tasks
- Handle vendor relationships and liaise with building management
- Maintain records and prepare reports as needed
- Support HR and finance teams with routine administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have the legal right to work in Singapore (Singaporean citizen, PR, or valid work pass)
