Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and business trips, and prepare related materials.
- Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies, liaising with vendors.
- Manage documents, emails, and internal communications to ensure timely information flow.
- Provide administrative support to management and the team for daily tasks and ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support and office management.
- Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in vendor management and familiarity with office software/tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels in both Chinese and English.
