Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and business trips, and prepare related materials.
  • Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies, liaising with vendors.
  • Manage documents, emails, and internal communications to ensure timely information flow.
  • Provide administrative support to management and the team for daily tasks and ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support and office management.
  • Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in vendor management and familiarity with office software/tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels in both Chinese and English.
