Salary: Up to $5K (With Completion Bonus)
Job Scope:
- To perform office administrative and other office-related tasks, such as department financial tracking and invoice collation, overseeing IT assets and procurement, office expense claims, and PEMS Purchase Order processing.
- You will also be responsible for leading relevant department projects, including property renovations, asset purchases, and administrative matters related to the department.
- You will also handle risk culture and compliance matters, such as physical access security, department computer asset, and data registry.
- You will support office administrative as part of Group department responsibilities.
- You will also need to organize and schedule appointments and meetings, maintain contact lists, order office supplies, submit and reconcile expense reports, prepare and monitor invoices
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements calling for repairs maintaining equipment inventories evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Maintain office asset inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level anticipating needed supplies placing and expediting orders for supplies verifying receipt of supplies
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- You will also need to assist in any projects and admin as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in any field
- Min. 1-2 years experience in banking/ financial institutions/ MNC
