Job Summary
You will join our audit team to support audit practice operations by managing client engagement processes, preparing and verifying documents, assisting with billing and proposals, and maintaining accurate records and files.
Responsibilities
- Manage client take-on and engagement processes to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance
- Maintain and update template letters and documents to support audit activities
- Prepare documents such as forms, accounting and financial statements, letters, and department reports from rough drafts or general instructions
- Proofread and verify documents for completeness and accuracy, resolving any errors or omissions
- Compose and type form letters and routine correspondence to facilitate communication
- Organize and manage filing systems to keep files and reports complete and accurate
- Assist with data migration tasks to support audit data management
- Support the audit team with billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Provide assistance in preparing proposals to support business development efforts
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors to support team operations
