Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and collaborative Administrative Executive to support our audit team by managing client engagement processes, preparing and verifying key documents, and facilitating efficient administrative operations that contribute to the success of our audit practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead the management of client take-on and engagement processes to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance
- Develop and maintain template letters and documents to standardize communication and reporting
- Prepare accurate documents from rough drafts or general instructions, including forms, accounting and financial statements, letters, and departmental reports
- Proofread and verify documents for completeness and accuracy, identifying and resolving errors or omissions
- Compose and type form letters and routine correspondence to support audit communications
- Manage filing systems to ensure all files and reports are organized, complete, and accessible
- Assist in data migration activities to support audit data integrity and system updates
- Support the audit team with billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Provide proposal support by preparing necessary documentation and materials
- Execute additional administrative duties as assigned by supervisors to support team objectives
