Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management: Greet clients and visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle all mail and deliveries.
Operational Support: Maintain office supplies inventory, coordinate with vendors (cleaning, repairs, IT), and ensure office equipment is functional.
Administrative Assistance: Support leadership and staff with scheduling, travel arrangements, and document preparation (filing, scanning, and data entry).
Facilities Coordination: Keep common areas-like the kitchen and conference rooms-tidy, organized, and fully stocked.
Financial Tasks: Assist with basic bookkeeping, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing petty cash.
Culture & Events: Help organize internal meetings, team-building events, and holiday celebrations to foster a positive work environment.
