Salary: $10.5 per hour
Working Days: 5.5 Days | 9am - 6pm (might need to work on weekends sometime)

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Admin & Fulfilment Department in day-to-day operations, including order processing, packing, and ensuring order accuracy.
- Coordinate delivery arrangements with customers and companies to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
- Communicate with customers through various channels (e.g., phone calls, delivery apps, emails, WhatsApp) regarding order status and delivery arrangements.
- Ensure accuracy of data related to delivery details such as dates, time, and venues monitor lead times to ensure efficient processing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate shipments to avoid delays investigate and report root causes of delivery delays or product damages.
- Provide operational support at retail outlets when required, including handling customer orders and assisting with outlet operations.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Prior administrative experience in the F&B (Food & Beverage) industry is preferred.
- Hands-on and able to assist with operational tasks such as packing, scheduling deliveries, and coordinating with drivers.
- Willing to support frontline outlet operations when needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
