Office Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter financial and accounting data accurately into systems

  • Maintain and update records, files, and spreadsheets

  • Assist the Accounts team with invoices, receipts, and documentation

  • Perform basic office administrative duties (filing, scanning, emailing)

  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

  • Support other clerical tasks as required

Requirements & Skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

  • Good typing speed and attention to detail

  • Basic understanding of accounting or willingness to learn

  • Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned

Preferred (Optional)

  • Prior experience in data entry or office administration

Work Schedule

  • 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
