Job Description

. Provide customer service support like handling queries

. Collation and checking of grant applications, claims, statistics

. Data recording, scanning, filing and monitoring

. Contacting external parties/ applicants on grant application issues

. Assist in organizing training workshops

. Provide logistic support for events

. Provide support for user testing of system

Requirements:

. Possess at least A Levels or Diploma in any field

. Able to commit for at least 3 months

. Able to commence work immediately or in short notice

. No experience needed, full training will be provided.

. Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
