You will manage daily office operations, provide clerical support, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations by answering calls, handling emails, and welcoming visitors to maintain a professional environment
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and office documentation to ensure easy retrieval and accuracy
- Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other documents to support business communication needs
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate internal and external communications to optimize time management
- Monitor office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors to procure necessary materials promptly
- Support HR, finance, and other departments by performing routine administrative tasks to facilitate smooth workflows
- Coordinate office activities and enforce adherence to company policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and assist with special projects as assigned to support team objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in office administration, clerical work, or related roles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
- Minimum of high school education or studies in Business Administration or related field considered a plus
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills demonstrated through effective task handling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills applied in workplace interactions and documentation
- Detail-oriented and reliable with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
