Job Description

E-Commerce Inventory Support

a. Inventory

  • Conduct daily stock checks of products and report abnormal activities and findings to Inventory Planner, Senior Security Specialist and E-Commerce Manager.
  • Coordinate and follow-up with order fulfilments with stakeholders to resolve inventory issues that require physical checking of stocks.
  • Shall assist the Inventory Planner in validating count results of cycle counts/stock take (during and post)
  • Maintain and update records that will be used as references for checking and validation of items

b. Master Data Maintenance

  • Assist Inventory Planner with checking of items or price tag issues and reporting promptly to Merchandising Team
  • Liaise with Retail Operations in printing of new price tags for items with correct price tags

E-Commerce Admin

  • Process online orders including printing of packing list, delivery Order and receipt
  • Distribute orders to packers and assist with pick and pack when required
  • Liaison between CAG and frontline staff from goods order and goods delivery
  • Track order fulfilment status
  • Administrative duties such as filing of E-commerce documents
  • Assist in E-commerce inventory management, which includes archiving of merchandise when is physical Out-of-stock
  • Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure e-commerce platform stock availability

Customer Care

  • Handle online customers enquiries, feedbacks and reservations
  • Maintain strong partner with Changi Customer Centre team & Fulfilment Centre
  • Keep track (maintain and update) the E-commerce refund/exchange registry of E-Commerce Team

General

  • Housekeeping duties to ensure compliance to WHS guidelines
  • Picking and packing to support the fulfilment of on-line orders (if needed)
  • Any other duties which may be assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager from time to time.

Requirements

  • Higher NITEC or Diploma in Business Admin or Retail Management
  • At least 1 year of relevant admin experience in retail or FMCG or E-commerce environment experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with mature disposition
  • Prior customer/client service experience is an advantage
  • Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders
  • Resourceful and maintains a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office: MS Excel (ie. Pivot table, formulas) and MS Word
  • Fluent in English and possesses good interpersonal / communication skills
  • Able to touch liquor & tobacco items during course of work
  • This role is based in Changi Airport Terminal 3
  • Able to work rotating staggered working hours to support the 24/7 E-commerce platform amongst the 3 team members based on 5 work-days in a week (based on duty roster scheduled) :
  1. Work Hours A - 9am to 6pm
  2. Work hours B - 10 am to 7pm
  3. Work hours C - 11am to 8pm
  4. Work on PH (with Off-In-Lieu if required)
  5. Work on at least 1 weekend based on duty roster
