Lead and support a manufacturing team of CVD, PVD and CMP Associate engineers (AE) to manage section daily production operations to meet Fab delivery requirements.
Work with AEs to plan out manpower cross training to increase shift deployment flexibility.
Engage direct reports AEs/specialists regularly to feedback on performance as well as understand difficulties faced & identify potential areas for improvement.
Daily close collaboration with CVD, PVD and CMP engineering and equipment counterparts to maximise tool output and efficiency performance.
Co-work with production control and capacity team to improve section delivery performance.
Execute continuous improvement and quality programs in manufacturing operations
Cultivate good 5S and safety mindset in daily work environment
Strive for zero miss-operations in all aspect of workscope
Identify potential human error issues in the fab and work on CAPA
Prepare and present daily production indices in module meetings and highlight key priorities for the Engineering team to focus.
Resolve and handle line-related, preventive maintenance issues and understand all equipment capacity/constraint issues to be able to identify, implement temp solutions and work with Engineering team to resolve them.
Engage support groups like IE and Engineering to ensure accurate and up-to-date assumptions, constraints and UPH are used in the tools capacity modeling.
Job Requirements
Degree in Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 1-3 years experience in semiconductor industry with manufacturing work experience
Strong leadership and independent.
Highly driven, motivated, resourceful with good communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint software. Added advantage with powerbi and automation skillset.
