We are looking for a responsible and organized Accounts Cum Admin Clerk to support the company's accounting and administrative functions. The role involves handling basic accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and providing general office administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Accounting
Duties
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Perform data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems.
Assist with bank reconciliation and monitoring of company accounts.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Follow up on outstanding payments from clients.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries.
Support the preparation of documents for audit and tax submission.
Administrative
Duties
Perform general office administrative and clerical duties.
Handle filing, document management, and record keeping.
Assist in procurement, purchase orders, and supplier coordination.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Support HR administrative tasks such as attendance records, leave tracking, and staff documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors when required.
Assist management with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements
Minimum Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative work preferred.
Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB).
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
