- Position : Accounts Assistant (AP/AR + Admin)
- Location : Goldhill Plaza- Near Novena MRT
- Working hours : 5 days (Mon-Fri), 9.00am-5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 15 days annual leave
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Trading and distribution of petrochemicals
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare cheque payments, banking forms, and process online payments
- Record daily receipts and payments in Navision accounting system
- Process supplier invoices, including operational and office expenses
- Ensure accurate preparation and recording of sales invoices
- Assist with month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
- Prepare monthly accounting schedules and reports
- Provide support to Finance & Admin team on ad-hoc duties
- Manage office supplies and pantry inventory
- Handle incoming calls and general administrative tasks
- Coordinate external administrative duties with banks and agencies
Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiar with accounting software (Navision experience is an advantage)
