- Position: E-commerce Operations Assistant (Shopee/Lazada)
- Location: Outram (Near Havelock MRT)
- Working hours: 5 days, Monday-Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3600 + Variable Bonus + Health Insurance
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Photo or video equipment
Main Responsibilities
- Create and maintain accurate product listings on company website and online marketplace platforms
- Support and execute promotional campaigns on e-commerce platforms
- Monitor and update inventory levels and pricing accuracy
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Handle return, refund, and exchange processes
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Diploma in any field
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop)
- Prior experience in e-commerce or retail industry will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar tools
