To provide support in the business day-to-day operation and administrative works.
To assist the appointed supervisor in the following:
- Collect, collate and follow-up on billing & payment including raising Purchase Orders, invoicing & payments
- Accuracy in data entry for all accounting documents in either excel or prescribed software
- Ensure proper filing and documentation
To assist in all enquiries regarding administrative activities
To handle and manage Xero Accounting Software
Handle day to day administrative work
To assist in the submission of employees claims
HR administrative work such as leave type tabulation, recruitment screening process and paperwork & etc
To ensure data accuracy and up-to-date for all employees
To prepare and submit adhoc sales quotation
To provide any administrative support to ALS Thailand entity.
