Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development efforts to increase ocean freight volumes and market share.
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with customers, carriers, and agents.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals to meet client shipping requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
- Solid understanding of global trade lanes, carriers, and pricing structures.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and proven business development track record.
