Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Nurse Manager position with the Surgical Oncology Urology Clinic at Baptist MD Anderson in Jacksonville, FL.
Begin each day by rounding with the team before clinic starts, ensuring all staff have what they need to provide seamless patient care and coordinating closely with physicians. Throughout the day, serve as a key point of communication by supporting team members based on evolving needs and maintaining accurate timekeeping. Foster a positive and engaged environment by leading weekly team meetings, promoting collaboration, and continuously assessing team culture. Before the day ends, ensure all clinic needs are met and no outstanding items remain to support efficient operations.

Nurse Manager Responsibilities Include
- Delegate tasks to nursing staff
- Manage and checks the nursing schedule
- Ensure all shifts are covered
- Conduct assessments and performance reviews
- Tend to patient care and assisting physicians throughout the day
Nurse Manager Experience
- 3-5 Years of Nursing Experience
- 3-5 Years of Nurse Manager Experience Preferred
- Oncology Experience Preferred
- Surgical Experience Preferred
Education & Credential Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing Required
- BLS Required
