• Salary: Up to $8,000 (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary

Provide advanced clinical nursing leadership in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), ensuring high standards of patient care through evidence-based practices, clinical expertise, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced clinical care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in ICU
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure quality and safe care delivery
• Mentor and support junior nurses in clinical competencies and professional development
• Ensure adherence to nursing standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes
• Support resource planning and operational efficiency within the ICU

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Advanced Nursing Diploma in Critical Care (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in an acute hospital setting, with strong ICU exposure
• Demonstrated clinical expertise in critical care nursing
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
