Permanent Speech Therapist
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments at admission, review, and discharge stages.
- Develop and implement evidence-based, person-centered therapy plans with measurable goals.
- Monitor and document client progress, outcomes, and treatment plans accurately.
- Communicate assessment results, therapy goals, and discharge plans to clients and stakeholders.
- Recommend suitable assistive devices and support community reintegration as needed.
Administrative & Program Responsibilities
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Support the planning, development, and review of clinical programs and services.
- Supervise and train Therapy Assistants.
- Engage in continuous professional development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting officer.
Project Details
- Projected Commencement: FY2026
- Work Schedule: Mon to Thu (8.30am - 6pm), Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Bachelor or Masters in Speech Therapy
- Must be a Fully Registered AHPC ( Singapore )
- Senior therapists are welcome to apply
