Job Description

Our client is a Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in the Contract Manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an NPI & Quality, Assistant Manager/ Manager to be part of their QA team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North easily accessible.

Job Responsibilities of NPI & Quality, Assistant Manager/ Manager

  • Lead and coordinate all activities related to ensuring product quality and adherence to standards.
  • Develop and implement plans to gather and analyze quality data at various stages of production, collaborating with Production and Material teams.
  • Establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System, ensuring its effective implementation and audit readiness.
  • Monitor and control the processing and delivery of non-conforming products until corrective measures are implemented.
  • Prepare and submit timely quality reports to the management, including statistical process control analysis.

Qualifications

  • Minimum diploma
  • 3-5 years experience in quality management for NPI
  • Good understanding of ISO 13485 and QMS
