Our client is a listed company in Precision Manufacturing industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a NPI Engineer, Process to be part of their Engineering Team. They are located in the East Area.
Duties of NPI Engineer, Process:
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Perform feasibility assessments and cost evaluations for manufacturing initiatives.
- Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to integrate new processes smoothly.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, process flows, and work instructions.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer of processes to production teams.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 4 - 6 years relevant experience in process design, with proficiency in milling, turning, wire cut & EDM
