Job Requirements:
Minimum 23 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure operations.
Hands-on experience in NOC operations support across at least one domain (Network or Firewall).
Experience in supporting network and system environments, preferably Cisco products.
Experience in NOC support, including intrastate support and maintenance of LAN/WAN networks.
Strong troubleshooting skills in network devices and/or firewall issues, including diagnosing hardware/software problems, analyzing system logs, and identifying potential incidents.
