Responsibilities
- Monitor network infrastructure and systems in a 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) environment to ensure high availability and performance.
- Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents escalate critical issues as per SLA guidelines.
- Perform root cause analysis and document incidents, resolutions, and preventive measures.
- Support WAN/LAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and server infrastructure.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for incident resolution and maintenance activities.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing & switching, DNS, DHCP, and firewall technologies.
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with incident management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Ability to work in shifts in a 24/7 environment.
