Job Description

Required Skills:

Must have minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing IT Infrastructure operations
Must be experienced in NOC operations support across minimum one area (network and Firewall)
Experience in supporting network, systems (Cisco Product)
Experience in NOC support intrastate support and maintenance (LAN/WAN)
Experienced in troubleshooting network devices and /or firewall problems, diagnose and solve hardware/software issues, analysing system logs and identifying potential issues/incident
CCNA certification is mandatory
