Job Description

Confidential Singapore, a leading provider of advanced intelligent manufacturing and state-of-the-art security solutions, is expanding its team to support next-generation CCTV surveillance, facial recognition, door access control, and integrated IoT security systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Network & System Support - (Surveillance & Security IoT Solutions)
  • Design, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure for CCTV, facial recognition, and IoT security devices.
  • Ensure stable integration of video management systems (VMS), IP cameras, access control systems, and IoT sensors over secure network architectures.
  • Manage network performance (bandwidth, latency, VLAN, VPN, multicast routing) to ensure system reliability.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including solution design, proposal preparation, and product configuration.
  • Coordinate and execute Proof of Concept (POC), testing, and project delivery.
  • Participate in project acceptance tests, documentation, and training sessions for clients.
  • Collect system feedback, analyze product performance, and propose improvements for network security and solution reliability.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities with technical expertise and presentations.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with:
  • CCTV surveillance platforms, facial recognition software, and IoT access control systems
  • Network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, QoS, VPN)
  • Video management systems (VMS), storage solutions (NAS/SAN), and IoT security protocols (ONVIF, MQTT, RTSP)

Technical Skills:

LAN/WAN design & implementation, PoE for IP cameras, redundancy & failover solutions

Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network/system issues

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and customer service orientation
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate across teams
  • Preferred Certifications (Advantageous):
  • CCNA / HCNA / CompTIA Network+
  • Vendor certifications in CCTV or security platforms
