We are looking for an experienced Network Team Lead to support enterprise network infrastructure operations and project delivery within a secure and mission-critical environment.
The successful candidate will lead a team of network engineers responsible for the implementation, maintenance, optimization, and support of enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, wireless, and security environments.
This role is suitable for candidates with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience managing complex infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Project Delivery
- Lead and manage a team of network engineers across operational and project activities
- Assign workload, provide technical guidance, and support team development
- Oversee infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and completion
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business and operational objectives
- Manage project risks, timelines, and resource planning
Network Infrastructure & Operations
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
- Support network security operations and implementation of infrastructure protection measures
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues
- Lead technical incident response and escalation handling
- Evaluate and recommend infrastructure improvements and new technologies
Governance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to operational policies, security standards, and procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation for network systems, configurations, and operational processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in network implementation, operations, or infrastructure support
- Hands-on experience with enterprise network and security technologies such as Cisco, Alcatel, or equivalent platforms
- Good understanding of: TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, NTP, Routing & switching concepts
- Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and infrastructure issues using standard networking tools
- Familiarity with network security practices and enterprise operational environments
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent will be an advantage
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or secure operational environments
- Experience leading technical teams or coordinating infrastructure projects
- Exposure to ITIL processes, incident management, and operational governance frameworks
