We are looking for a Network & Security Engineer (Level 2) to support mission-critical 24x7 environments. The role focuses on cybersecurity operations, incident management, vulnerability assessment, firewall/SIEM operations, and IM8 compliance, preferably within a regulated or public sector environment.
Provide Level 2 support for P1/P2 incidents, ensuring resolution within SLA
Perform RCA, PIR, and recommend permanent fixes escalate to Level 3 when required
Manage Firewall operations (policies, IPS/threats, logs, firmware, patching)
Conduct VAPT using Nessus, remediation planning, validation, and reporting
Ensure compliance with IM8 ICT Security Standards and maintain audit-ready documentation
Monitor and manage SIEM, dashboards, alerts, and log analysis
Support HSM operations, key management, and cryptographic governance
Manage Aruba ClearPass and Samsung Knox MDM configurations and security updates
Execute patch, change, configuration, and release management activities
Perform preventive maintenance, testing, and post-change validation
Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2-5 years of Level 2 support experience in 24x7 production environments
Strong experience handling P1/P2 incidents, RCA, PIR
Hands-on experience with Firewalls (Check Point / Palo Alto), SIEM, Nessus, Aruba, HSM
Strong understanding of IM8 compliance, audit reporting, and configuration traceability
Preferred certifications: CCNA, Check Point / Palo Alto, Aruba, LogRhythm Analyst
