You will provide senior-level (L3/4) Network & Security support across enterprise environments, handling complex incidents, firewalls, network access controls, and security platforms. The role requires strong troubleshooting capability, cross-domain knowledge, and hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies.
Provide L3/4 support for complex Network & Security incidents and escalations.
Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, NAC, load balancers and network services.
Perform root-cause analysis, configuration reviews, and remediation.
Support change implementation and ensure compliance with security standards.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
Firewalls: Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco, F5 WAF/ASM.
Security platforms: RSA, Tenable/Nessus, Trend Micro, Splunk, CyberArk.
Networking: Routing & Switching, VLANs, VPN, Cisco ISE, NAC.
Tools: SolarWinds, OPSWAT, Wireshark, tcpdump.
Degree/Diploma in IT, Network, Cybersecurity or equivalent.
Certifications preferred: CCNP/CCIE Security, PCNSE, CISSP (added advantage).
5-10 years experience in advanced Network & Security engineering roles.
