- Serve as the project technical lead for ICT projects.
- Support daily operations, including incident management, issue/problem remediation, and service restoration.
- Fulfill network service requests (routing & switching, DNS, static IP, etc.) in accordance with Change Management procedures.
- Create and maintain documentation, including:
Network configurations
Network diagrams and mappings
Processes and service records
- Minimum 5 years of strong hands-on experience with network devices, including:
- Cisco Nexus switches
- Cisco Catalyst switches
- Cisco ASR routers
- Infoblox
- Network monitoring tools
- Cisco DNAC
CCNP certification(Routing & Switching) is required
