As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining networking infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance. You will work closely with other IT professionals, including systems engineers and security teams, to support and troubleshoot network systems. • Network Design & Implementation: Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and cloud-based network solutions.
• Network Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor network performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot network outages or slowdowns to ensure seamless connectivity.
• Network Security: Implement and maintain security protocols (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS) to protect the network from unauthorized access and data breaches.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide troubleshooting and support for network-related issues, including connectivity, performance, and hardware problems.
• Network Optimization: Continuously assess and improve network performance and reliability, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost-effective solutions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain detailed documentation for network configurations, topologies, and incident reports. Provide regular status updates and reports to management.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the IT support team, system administrators, and other departments to implement network solutions and provide technical support as needed.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors for network hardware, software, and services, ensuring the timely delivery and support of products.
• Disaster Recovery & Backup: Assist in the planning and implementation of disaster recovery and backup solutions for network infrastructure.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in network administration or engineering. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or academic projects are welcome to apply.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, etc.) and network services (VPN, VLANs, routing, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Wireshark).
• Proficiency in configuring and managing routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Basic knowledge of network security best practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Understanding of network architecture and design principles, including IP addressing, subnets, and routing protocols.

• Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications, such as CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CompTIA Network+, or equivalent, are highly preferred.
• Experience with Wireless Networking: Familiarity with wireless networking technologies (Wi-Fi, WLAN) and configuration of wireless access points and controllers.
• Cloud Networking: Experience with cloud-based networking platforms or services such as AWS VPC, Azure Virtual Networks, or GCP networking is a plus.
• Knowledge of Automation Tools: Experience with network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python scripting) is an advantage.
