Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot to ensure high availability.
- Implement security measures including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access controls.
- Maintain and upgrade network hardware, software, and systems.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams on network-related projects.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network technologies.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
- Proficient with network monitoring and management tools.
- Understanding of network security best practices.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ is required.
