JOB SUMMARY
As Multimedia Specialist on a 1-year contract, you will design and deliver tailored ICT training programmes for students and staff, manage ICT systems, and support digital initiatives to enhance learning and operational effectiveness.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Classroom teaching ICT skills to students for school's Digital Literacy Programme e.g. teaching students how to use Canva for design work, useiMovie (iPad) for video editing, use FlipaClip for animating 2D drawings.
- Assist teachers in integrating multimedia resources, such as videos and interactive content, into their lessons.
- Collaborate with teachers to create multimedia-rich educational content that aligns with school's curriculum, fostering a more interactive and dynamic learning environment.
- Work with ICT team to provide ICT support for school's iPad programme for students and staff.
- Work with ICT team to provide AV and photography support for school events.
- Update contents on school's website
- Record and create corporate videos on school's programmes and events for school publicity
- Assist HOD/ICT and teachers to conduct school-initiated ICT projects in the school's Digital Literacy Programme, including:
- Provide project progress updates to HOD/ICT and Subject Head (SH) / ICT
- Prepare documentations and guidelines pertaining to ICT projects assigned
- Conduct in-house AV and IT training to students and staff representatives

Experience
- Must have experience conducting lessons in classroom setting with minimum 20 number ofstudents in the class.
- Must be registered with MOE via Registration and Engagement Management System 2.0(REMS 2.0) by the closing date of the ITQ, failing which, the candidate would be deemed to be ineligible for the role.
- Appointed candidate must adhere to the Expectations of Instructors as outlined in Annex C.
- In addition, Personnel with the following skills and experience is preferred:

- Audio Mixing
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- CapCut
- FlipaClip
- Any other related video or media design software
Experience
- Should preferably have at least2 years of working experience in schools, private tuition / enrichment centres or equivalent.
WORKING HOURS
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays:7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
