Job Summary

You will support and execute digital marketing initiatives across social media platforms, content creation, and brand campaigns. This includes managing artwork, photography, food styling, and working with KOLs to drive brand awareness and engagement. The role requires a balance of creativity, coordination, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.)
  • Manage content calendar aligned with campaigns and business objectives
  • Monitor trends and optimise campaigns to improve engagement and reach
  • Content Creation (Artwork, Photography & Styling)
  • Create and manage marketing visuals, including simple artwork and design materials
  • Support photography shoots, including food styling and presentation
  • Ensure all content reflects consistent brand identity and quality
  • Manage daily social media posting (captions, visuals, short-form videos)
  • Respond to customer comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner
  • Maintain a strong and positive online brand presence
  • Source, engage, and coordinate with KOLs and influencers
  • Manage collaborations, deliverables, and campaign timelines
  • Track performance and effectiveness of KOL campaigns
  • Work closely with operations team to support marketing initiatives at store level
  • Ensure smooth rollout of campaigns and promotions
  • Maintain alignment between brand messaging and on-ground execution
  • Track key metrics (engagement, reach, campaign results)
  • Prepare basic reports and recommend improvements
  • Continuously refine marketing efforts based on performance

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing, social media, or related roles
  • Comfortable with content creation, including basic design and photography
  • Strong interest in food, visuals, and branding
  • Familiar with social media trends and audience engagement
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage timelines independently
  • Good communication skills and able to work with internal teams and external partners
  • Hands-on, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
