Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the design and production of all marketing collateral, including digital ads, social media content, brochures, presentations, and event materials.

  • Execute and lead video editing, motion graphics, and videography (including IG Stories and short-form content) for campaigns, social media, and internal communications.

  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos suitable for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that meet business objectives.

  • Maintain and evolve brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual content.

  • Review, refine, and ensure quality control of all designs and video content to align with brand guidelines and standards.

  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and marketing strategies to innovate and elevate visual storytelling.

  • Assist in resource planning, workload management, and setting priorities for the design team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field.

  • Extensive experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with 5+ years in marketing or agency environments.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced skills in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and short-form video content creation.

  • Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

  • Experience on managing multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage tight timelines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

  • Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with photography, photo editing, and basic web design.

  • Experience in videography, lighting, and shooting for social media content.

  • Knowledge of marketing performance metrics and the ability to translate insights into creative strategies.
