Develop original, creative, and engaging multimedia content to profile senior management, staff, and hospital initiatives
Plan and execute end-to-end production of videos, graphics, and visual assets for internal communications and social media platforms
Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to gather information and produce relevant, timely content aligned with organisational messaging
Tailor content for different audiences to inform, educate, and engage effectively
Monitor and analyse content performance across platforms and recommend improvements
Support multiple communications campaigns concurrently, often under tight timelines
Stay updated on digital communication trends and best practices to enhance outreach and engagement
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a creative agency, social media team, or digital communications role (healthcare experience is an advantage)
Demonstrated experience in producing video and social media content
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of other Adobe software is an advantage)
Familiarity with major social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
Ability to work on projects with tight deadlines based on operational needs
