Responsibilities:
- Experience Design: Design user flows, information architecture, and interactive elements to create seamless, intuitive navigation. Bring concepts to life with micro-interactions and motion design that enhance usability.
- Interface Design: Develop visually appealing and functional interfaces for websites, apps, and digital platforms. Create graphics, icons, and illustrations consistent with branding guidelines, while selecting effective color palettes and typography.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Build low- to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
- Responsive & Accessible Design: Ensure designs adapt smoothly across devices and follow accessibility best practices to support all users.
- Design Systems & Consistency: Maintain style guides, pattern libraries, and design systems to ensure a cohesive product experience.
- User Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs to continuously improve user satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Tech, Data, and Business teams to deliver solutions that are visually engaging and functionally robust.
Requirements:
- Experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, Product Designer, or related role.
- Advanced degree, certification, or proven expertise in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or similar fields.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI and visual design work that delivers real business impact.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of product design processes, systems thinking, and emerging design trends.
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Self-directed, organized, and a creative problem solver with excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
