Job Summary/Purposes:
He/she is dedicated to the Made to Measure Service in store, increasing the business and improving sales performance, in compliance with corporate provisions and standards.
He/she is dedicated to the development of the MTM service by presenting and proposing the Service to customers and by providing the information and the basic training required to the store staff so that they can effectively propose the service too.
Commercial/Client Responsibilities
. Achieve MTM Store Sales and Uomo Category Target
. Active recruitment of new MTM clients from existing client pool, prospects, and new walk in clients
. Support MTM appointments and attend appointments in other stores and support where necessary
. Weekly and Monthly Action Plans shared during store briefing which includes appointments, appointment preparation, targets, training, and so on
. Collaborate closely with store team appointments to inject MTM awareness and services to clients
Operational Responsibilities:
. Be in charge of providing the service to the MTM client, from measurement taking to finished product delivery
. Play as the point of reference for both local and regional functions, sharing feedback about the products and the customer's needs
. Analyse the particularities of the market in terms of trends, positioning of competitors and characteristics of the clientele and continuously transfer significant information to the office
. Manage the administration work related to the MTM service
. Ensure the follow up of any order progress and update the customer
. Participates in the organization and execution of MTM events, in collaboration with the relevant Store and Corporate functions
. Train the store teams with the specific knowledge and information on the MTM
. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser sharing the main needs to ensure the correct rotation of seasonal products, product displays inside the shop and in the shop windows based on the sales results
