Head Rhythm Cycling and Bootcamp Instructor

The Head Instructor will lead the change in elevating the brand's rhythm cycling experience in Singapore, Thailand and Hong Kong. Working with teams across all countries, the Head Instructor will lead, develop capabilities and manage/ mentor the professional development of the cycling team. He/ she will guide and build new instructors, as well as recruitment of potential instructors.

The Head Instructor will also conduct classes across all studios, elevating the brand and increasing the brand's presence internationally.

For the first time ever, the Absolute Group is honored to work with New York's AARMYto bring its popular signature bootcamp workout to Singapore and Thailand. This is the first time the brand is venturing out of United States of America. The Head Instructor will be one of the founding instructor and will be working closely with the AARMY team to train, mentor and assess the pioneer batch of instructors, as well as teaching the bootcamp classes.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development: Designing, reviewing, and enhancing learning materials and training methodologies. Developing trainings and conducting workshops regularly to enhance the skills and technique of the instructor team.

Leadership & Mentorship: Guiding and mentoring junior instructors and managing team and studio dynamics.

Launch of new brand and studio: To be responsible for leading, developing and launching the new bootcamp training programme. To work closely with the management and the main brand to ensure alignment and consistency.

Direct Instruction: Teaching and leading both types of classes weekly.

This role requires leading teams from different countries and traveling across studios in Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand, and any other country the studio is operating in.
